Ethan had an excellent experience yesterday with Shayla and Dr. Michelle! Shayla and Dr. Michelle remembered specific things about Ethan (such as do not discuss flavor of fluoride, as he is a selective eater; and he didn't like laying against the chair as it was motored down), which made his experience even better.
I don't remember the name of the woman who did my cleaning yesterday, but it was fantastic. Thank you and I intend to have only her do it moving forward.
My hygienist, Morgan, was great. Beside knowing technically how to "teeth clean", she was hyper attentive to my particular/peculiar needs during the process. And, I don't know about her, but I had fun joking around during the cleaning (when she wasn't actually doing hygiene stuff in my open mouth). So. Morgan: 5 stars for both technical knowledge and chairside manner.
As usual the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. No need to be nervous about any type of dental procedure. The office is state of the art equipment and immaculate.
My cleaning appt was great. Patti is wonderful - I was seen quickly, and all possible issues were clearly explained. The staff is always welcoming and warm. So thankful someone told me about this lovely facility.
