My daughter and I recently visited for our dental cleanings. My appointment was cancelled in March due to covid, so we finally got in last week. I was so impressed with how Talayna was with my four year old daughter. Morgan was great with me, very gentle with my cleaning and great to chat with! We’re always impressed with this facility and right now they’re taking all the proper precautions for covid, we felt very safe. Thanks hampstead family dental!
I have visited this office twice during the pandemic. I have had 2 cleanings and a core filling (after a root canal). You wait in your car until they are ready for you, the staff takes every precaution to keep you safe. I was extremely anxious at the beginning of this pandemic and didn't think I would ever leave the house. The staff is pleasant and ready to treat you safely.
Having a tooth pulled is not something that I would normally think of as a "good" experience - Having had the experience too many times! - this time was actually a good experience. I was constantly told what was being done - and why. I really appreciated it. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Keith. Great job.
Enough cannot be said about the professionism you receive from Dr. Courtney. Makes you almost enjoy going to the dentist.
Hampstead Family Dental always makes your visit stress free, friendly, and extremely professional. During this difficult time of Covid, they are going above and beyond to keep our safety foremost and to also provide premium care. Our family is always treated as valued patients.
