Rx service is poor. rigid policies based on something other than intellect.
they could change there return policy. if they sell there customers a defective item, that customer should be able to return it. i have been with greater falls since it opened and after today i will not be returning. i bought a combination lock box that i desperately needed that was defective. i immediately brought it back ( within an hour) the store refused to help me. i ledt the lockbox there because i have no use for a box that wont open. i no longer have the money to buy another so i will have to expose my family daily t... read more

low prices every employee knows you by name and is family owned they also have no problem allowing young children in the store you can get your prescription charged to a slip for later payment
I had an issue with a pill count. I said something, and literally within 20 minutes I got a call back with a solution. Best pharmacy I’ve ever had. I will absolutely recommend Greater Falls to everyone. 15 ⭐️ ⭐️

One of the top 3 businesses in Bellows Falls. I am so grateful Shawn told me about the place right when I needed it most a few years ago. Donald is the nicest person a company could have on their team, especially as the guy who delivers.
