This location definitely prioritize their own kind. Came in for a walk in at 2 on a Saturday. By 4 o’clock the lobby was nearly empty…. A couple more families came aftrr 4 and were seen before me… at 4:25 I left because why wait another 15 for yall to tell me I won’t be seen. After today I will be going to a new provider.
Amy g the receptionist at this place is so rude and not polite at all. My appointment was at 1:45 pm and I showed up at 1:42 pm. She made me to wait in order to talk to the manager. She was offering to walk in or reschedule. She should be trained in how to talk to the patients.
Very fast efficient good bedside manner
Dr. Altenburg is so professional. Staff friendly. Great experience at every appointment.
