Sat here for over an hour past my appointment time before even seeing a doctor. Finally when I did, I was told that they weren’t going to be giving me the prescription I had shipped here. After planning it for more than a month and confirming everything multiple times.. Wasting my gas money, my time and preventing me from getting off this nasty medication.

No complaints about service or facilities, and they’re doing great things for the community. But they really make almost no effort to use the right name or pronouns for people. A bit of a surprise considering they market themselves as offering LGBTQ+ care.
