You steal from people. Each year and dont do anything. Yearly charges for nothing. People, go to their meetings every 4th of the month or 4th thursday of the month. To 3211 harrisburg blvd. Enough of these bogus charges. Have to collectively fight. All small business owners and east end citizens.
