My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:55 AM. I waited until 11:40 AM and still had not been called, which means I was left waiting for more than 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I have work and other responsibilities, and my time is important too. If appointments are not going to be respected, then what is the point of scheduling them in the first place? I understand that a short delay can happen, but waiting over 40 minutes without being called or given any explanation is unacceptable.... read more
