Greater Coastal Management has clean and nice apartments. Management and leasing agents are all so nice.
The management team is AMAZING!! Helpful and understanding!
They are turning these apartments into concentration camps.... Raising the rent every year and no pool access we pay for. Don't put anything on patios. They do walk throughs in your apartment. When you tell them that there are certain things that need to be fixed, they don't come fix them until something actually breaks and then they blame you and charge you for it.Walk throughs more often but won't fix the mold growing behind the walls and mirrors.
Can’t give zero stars otherwise I would. From the disrespect and lack of communication from their internal team is absurd. They take advantage of the working class specially those who apply for assistance yet screw them over at the end. The unprofessionalism from Rosa Phillip is someone I would never hire on my team or recommend to others. Dont rent from their apartments. They will take advantage of you.
