If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first time going to the market and I was SO disappointed. I purchased tickets ahead of time and am upset to say that the event was so crowded I had to leave. What a wasted experience. It was impossible to look at things and you could barely move or walk through the aisles. I am not joking to say that it was so crowded I felt in a panic because I couldn't get out! My friend and I went today (Sunday). We got there at opening and we're one of the first 10 people in. We had such a great time. It was getting crowded, but everyone was friendly and courteous to each other. So many food vendors and samples that I was full when we were done. We did win tickets for entry and I would have gave it 5 stars, it I do not like the fact that you have to pay to spend money.
I attended the Holiday market today. It was my 3rd year going and sadly, my last. Although I read on here from the event organizers that there was more space, I left thinking it had shrunk 30% from last year. The good parts of the event are supporting smaller businesses-that still stands true. Unfortunately, the cons overpowered the pros... Great stuff. Free samples. Great deals. Great feel to the place, lots to look at. Love it. Can't wait to go back every year!

The people in charge of this event need to re-evaluate your set up. Way too crowded. If there were some emergency, people would have trampled each other to death. You need to utilize both floors to spread the area out just like it is done for the Cavalcade of Customs each year. You are getting plenty of money for tickets, so buy more space. I felt really bad for the people I saw trying to get through in wheel chairs. Not sure I would go back. I missed seeing lots of booths. I drove over an hour to your event also.
Went Saturday and it was very crowded but not unmanageable. Yes, some shops were very busy but not impossible to get to. It is the holiday season and crowds should be expected! I thought prices were right on with other boutiques and none charged more that what they normally charge at their retail stores. I will go back next year.
I love the Holiday market! We go knowing there are crowds and we look forward to just spending time together as a family! Thats whats important to us! We will continue going because its a tradition with the girls in our family now!
