My go-to
Sadly they couldn’t help me with the banking app over the phone but hey they keep things secure. Mom opened me up an account as a child and I still use it. Even after moving to different places, this is my main bank. Always friendly staff. They are as fast as bankers can be dealing with all kinds of transactions. Would recommend.
I was checking hours when I saw the low rating for this bank. A bunch were complaining about other banks, so I reported them to Google as off-topic. I have always enjoyed the service provided here.
