I have a car loan at this credit union. I’m almost done paying it off. I called last month to see if we can split my final balance in half. I was hung up on and had to call back. Once I called back the loan officer wasn’t there. I asked to be called back the day day and received no call. I called again and was told that I could pay $250 by June 15th and there shouldn’t be a problem. I asked will I get a late fee. They said NO. I asked would this mess up my credit. They said no. This establishment could not care less about their members. They are not willing to help no matter what and are constantly being hacked and selling information. Save your money from being stolen and find any other bank.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank/credit union. There is NO after hours website support, its virtually impossible to get through on the phone for support. While trying to make a transfer, I get an email saying my transfer is setup ready to use. As soon as I set up the transfer, my transfer was blocked and of course, with no phone support, I cant get hold of anyone on the phone. First its indefinite hold, followed by indefinite ringing. Worst Bank Ever!
