Polite staff and helpful
I have a car loan at this credit union. I’m almost done paying it off. I called last month to see if we can split my final balance in half. I was hung up on and had to call back. Once I called back the loan officer wasn’t there. I asked to be called back the day day and received no call. I called again and was told that I could pay $250 by June 15th and there shouldn’t be a problem. I asked will I get a late fee. They said NO. I asked would this mess up my credit. They said no.
