Great company n great service
Pretty disappointed that they wouldn't let me open an account. I wasn't aware you had to go to school in Cincinnati to be able to have a credit union account. I've never heard of that. Kinda crappy that I drove all the way here to open an account, and I'm not allowed to, lol. I guess we'll take our 6-figure salaries to a different place.

I got my mortgage for an investment property through them and not only did they give me BY FAR the best late (I compared 10+ lenders), my contact person (Sandra Doerger) has also been one of the nicest, most dedicated people I've come across. She was super transparent with me and made sure we were able to meet the closing date even after we had some delays during the inspection period. Plus, they keep the mortgage in house and don't sell it. I'm so happy I got them as a lender!
You’re Great!! However, when calling into Bank you can Never get someone to answer. This is Not good. You continue to hear lady repeat Continue Hold. You can be on line for over 30 minutes or more. 2) Debit Cards Why do we have to come in & change Password every month? You’re the only bank system that you have to do this with. It’s very inconvenient. Can something be done about it as soon as possible? Thank you
