This establishment could not care less about their members. They are not willing to help no matter what and are constantly being hacked and selling information. Save your money from being stolen and find any other bank.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank/credit union. There is NO after hours website support, its virtually impossible to get through on the phone for support. While trying to make a transfer, I get an email saying my transfer is setup ready to use. As soon as I set up the transfer, my transfer was blocked and of course, with no phone support, I cant get hold of anyone on the phone. First its indefinite hold, followed by indefinite ringing. Worst Bank Ever!
I got my mortgage for an investment property through them and not only did they give me BY FAR the best rate (I compared 10+ lenders), my contact person (Sandra Doerger) has also been one of the nicest, most dedicated people I've come across. She was super transparent with me and made sure we were able to meet the closing date even after we had some delays during the inspection period. Plus, they keep the mortgage in house and don't sell it. I'm so happy I got them as a lender!
