I contacted Greater Chicago Motors and spoke to William about a particular Jaguar. He told me the car was a local trade-in, yet the Carfax shows the last owner lived in Louisiana and put it up for sale online. Clearly not a local trade-in. I asked William several specific questions which he said he would find the answers to and call back.......I never heard back from William. There are too many options to deal with a dealer/salesperson that doesn't respond.
