I’ve been seeing Dr Dale for over 5 years and he is a true master. He’s got several techniques to help with pains and misalignment, as well as some excellent massage therapists. I would highly recommend Dr Dale to anyone who knows they need a chiropractor, and to anyone who has never been to one before and is curious. I know people who travel from Ohio to see him. He’s clearly one of the best in the country.
Doctor Dale is a real professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. This is a hidden gem in Chicago. An alignment here really made me feel better, and he has all of the equipment to meet anyone’s needs. Come here if you’re looking for a trustworthy and helpful chiropractor who listens and is careful and accountable for your health.

Dale SAVED me. Story: I was in Chicago for a wedding. Saturday morning I go for a workout, am mid-lift and hear a crack in my upper back. I knew immediately it was going to be BAD. It started tightening immediately, and within 5 min I could barely swivel my head. I had to find help, quickly. But on a Saturday, that was tricky. I called a bunch of places, none were open.
