Nice friendly & perfessional
One of my best experiences ever, staff was very polite, appointment was on time. Emily Newman, PAC was excellent and very competent she made a rapid diagnosis, explained the cause and treatment options. The injection was painless (which surprised me) and as a 44 year licensed health care provider, I cannot express how great she was.
I highly recommend Ryan Zimmerman MD. He has helped both my husband and myself with multiple issues, hands, arms and shoulder. His staff is awesome as well!
Emily was approachable, kind, easy to talk to, and open to questions. I actually felt more at home with her than with the doctor. A very welcoming experience, thorough, and I would definitely go again.
