Been dealing with the Dunkirk branch for years. Everyone there has always gone above and beyond for sure! The entire team is amazing! However I would like to say the 2 employees I have the most interactions with stand out. Janice and Christina are always so nice and helpful no matter how busy the branch is. Extremely attentive no matter how stressed their day is. They are real troopers, and they as well as everyone else there certainly deserve a raise. I love love LOVE Greater Chautauqua FCU!!! The employees are amazing ... They are very friendly and actually care about their members. The ONLY reason I only rated 4 stars is i really wish there more ATMS for this credit union. Paying the 2.25 at other atms is just highway robery. They say its a service fee but lets be honest the employees of the other bank didnt do anything to help me and that ATM doesnt get a paycheck (lol)... Having no car it isnt just a matter of driving a few blocks kore to get to that ATM ... I WOULD L... read more
