This the worst Credit Union EVER! After 7+ years of being a customer They always “accidentally put my deposit into my sisters account” which we have different last names! They never answer the phone for general inquiries! Don’t let your bank card get fraud and money stolen because they will not help you AT ALL! I suggest using a real bank or you’ll actually be better off keeping your money in your favorite sock.

RecommendedThe people here are amazing, they are always friendly, courteous, helpful and fun. They are also very informative and make banking non stressful. Any problems I have come across were solved quickly and painlessly, and they have a variety of options based on your banking needs. 5 stars all around the board.
I just want to say thank you for letting me bring my dog in to show her off and of course you guys being nice to give her treats. You guys are always kind when i came in to get my money out of my account. you get my two thumbs up.

I just love our credit union we go to Mayville branch and they know me and my husband by name they are very friendly there !! Just love they vibe when you go in thanks lady's for everything you do there !!!
The staff there are awesome, they always greet me by my name which makes me feel special, its a great environment, Love the Dunkirk office and all that workers there....
