Back on August 9th a drunk driver hit my car. I was injured and she fled the scene. I was refered to Dr Owens by my primary amd im so happy that she refered me to him he is a magnificent chiropractor and his team is awesome as well I recommend anyone to go here if your ever in a accident you will recieve profound treatment.
After my car accident, I had a recommendation from a friend to call your office. I had called and left no less than 3 voicemail's and not once did someone call me back. I was sucked into the 'new patient - hit 1' options on your phone system and from there you go nowhere. I tried even calling back during business hours and still got voicemail. I took my business elsewhere. Go to Peak Performance! Amazing customer service and the doctors are the best! Oh, and they answer their phones.
Dr. Owens and Dr. Curtain are amazing, as well as the staff and the other treating doctors they work with! Being in a car accident turns you're life upside down. Being a patient at Greater Buffalo has made my life post accident so much easier, not too mention how much better I've been feeling. You're not just another patient, but part of a fabulous network of doctors.
