I live in an historic district, so all of the outside of my house has to be approved by a committee. Including my roof. Greater Boston roofing helped me navigate that system seamlessly. Although I did show up at the meetings with the town, I really didn’t need to. They had everything well in hand. Great experience start to finish. Communication was thorough and timely. The work crew was professional, took great care to prevent damage to landscaping, and did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves. I'm super pleased with the work performed and given the torrential rains that have occurred since installation and the lack of leaks in my roof and around the new skylights, quality appears to be top notch.
I recently worked with Greater Boston Roofing for a roof and gutter replacement, and some facia. They were very communicative and timely in responses to any questions I had about the process. Everything was clearly laid out and they hit all deadlines/estimates as expected. GBR installed my roof as part of a solar panel installation for me a few years ago. Part of the roof leaked a couple of years ago and they sent someone out to fix it. Not I'm having problems again and they won't call me back. It seems like they outsoured their calls so that I get someone who can't give me any information or do anything other than pass a message to them, and they haven't responded after a few weeks.
The whole experience was great, they got some one right out to give me a quote, we set a date, it was amazing whole thing was completed in one day! I highly recommend recommend
