I wish I had the option to give Dr. Anderson 100 stars because that is what she deserves! I had an arthroscopy over a year ago{torn meniscus} which followed with 3 months of PT, gel injections, drained twice, and 2 cortisone shots. Nothing was helping. I winced in pain with every step I took and was unable to perform daily functions. I was then referred to Dr. Anderson who just after 4 treatments turned it all around. Greater Boston Performance was very helpful in getting me moving again after tweaking my back. I suffered an injury that left me having trouble even walking around. Greater Boston Performance was very accommodating and able to see me the same day I called. After my first visit I felt a great amount of relief from my pain and after continued sessions, got back to a point that I could resume my regular exercise routine. Please read if you are looking for concussion recovery!!! I highly recommend Dr. Helm and his wonderful team for any post-concussion/head injury rehabilitation. I had been suffering from post-concussion syndrome knowing something "didn't feel right", severe headaches all day, low tolerance to most things (socializing, reading, working out, etc.), mental and overall fatigue, and much more. Dr.Helm and his staff have helped me through numerous injuries over the past 2 years. Specifically, he has helped resolve long term injuries in just a few sessions. His knowledge and ability to communicate with patients is top notch. I will never not consult with him on any injuries going forward.

I was suffering from loss of movement in my left foot. Months of therapy barely had any positive effect. By my second visit with Dr. Helm, my foot was moving again. He is a natural born healer and he cares about each and every patient he serves.
