I needed a quick lead test to prepare for a contractor to do some work. Joe came out quickly, performed a very thorough test and documented the results in detail (and fortunately no lead was found!). Fantastic service, very quick, comprehensive, and a very fair price. Plus, Joe is a super nice person to deal with. I highly recommend him!
Joe did our initial lead paint testing and follow-up dust wipe deleading. Throughout the process he was easy to reach and very helpful. I'd strongly recommend his services. Now my kids will grow up in a lead paint compliant house without exposure to lead dust.
