Fabulous fast friendly
I can not speak more highly of this bank especially the staff, Nothing is to much trouble, they have a wonderful attitude, They never rush you, and are always ready to help. Thank you to all the staff.
Went in to add a simple power of attorney to an account. They’re happily making it harder than it needs to be, with a side of rude attitudes and condescending tones. I had a certified copy of the original but apparently that’s not enough these days. They spoke over the top of me, could not explain their convoluted processes downright refused to be of any assistance. No wonder no one wants to bank with these people.
