I am so thankful for Dr. Grasso and his front office coordinator, Yolanda. I was in severe 10/10 pain and felt hopeless that I had to wait a whole week to see a specialist to perform a hemorrhoid excision. I called this office on a whim (quite skeptical as well based on some of the reviews) to see when their next appointment was.
