Our child was seen by this office 9 months ago for a basic appointment that lasted less than 10 minutes. They charged me $55 in office - I asked them specifically if that was the total cost and if I would be billed further, they stated firmly that I would not be charged or billed more. Incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment for a Friday at 11 am and was running late because I had the wrong address, called to let them know and they told me to come in anyway, when I arrived they told me they would have to reschedule me. I begged them to please see me as I am in pain, but they declined and rescheduled me for Monday.
