Our child was seen by this office 9 months ago for a basic appointment that lasted less than 10 minutes. They charged me $55 in office - I asked them specifically if that was the total cost and if I would be billed further, they stated firmly that I would not be charged or billed more. Incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment for a Friday at 11 am and was running late because I had the wrong address, called to let them know and they told me to come in anyway, when I arrived they told me they would have to reschedule me. I begged them to please see me as I am in pain, but they declined and rescheduled me for Monday. I had surgery and was well taken care of. Dr. Raemsch explains everything clearly and listens.
My boyfriend came here for an ingrown nail and ended up getting the ingrown part removed. Process was super easy and fast. We got all the answers we needed and information, everyone is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend
