This is a great team, every one is committed to fantastic care and I’ve had great results from the allergy shots.
I have been receiving allergy shots at Greater Austin Allergy for the past four years, and it has truly changed my life. I love the staff, and Dr. Schultz is one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. He has excellent bedside manner, is very thorough, and truly listens to his patients. I want to start by saying the communication with the front desk staff was excellent—they were prompt, friendly, and I was called in right on time. However, once I was in the exam room, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes without any updates. I had to ask the staff what was going on because I had another commitment within the hour.
