2026 update:The techs and front desk (Ms. Rosalinda at the Four Points location in particular) are top shelf: friendly while professional, brisk, knowledgeable. Dr. Cox is an excellent communicator, modeling the support staff. Very comfortable waiting room. Very short waits. Have been going for three+ years.
