I want to say thank you to the staff and especially Dr. Banner. She made ane feel very welcome, like I was at home. It felt like she knew me for year, I love how she interacted with me at my hardest moment of my life, to show her compassion and her love of animals. She gave me direct contact by hugging me, sitting right next to me, and even comforting me.
