We had significant damage post tornado to the exterior of our home. We were approached during debris removal by a representative from Greater American. After discussion of the damage and repairs needed, we chose to contract with this company. Our roof was completed in November of 2024. So far, we are pleased with the work. However, we were not pleased at all with the customer service we received from the company. Greater American roofing did a fantastic job with our roof about a year ago, they had excellent customer service and were very timely and professional. Recently when we were concerned about a leak at my parents’ home, Mathew came out quickly at no charge for an inspection. He was very honest and thorough- we highly recommend!
