Are journey started when there was a storm come through our neighborhood. While other neighbors were getting there roofs replaced we were fighting with our insurance company (State Farm) to cover our roof. They came up with every reason in the world not to. GAR was phenomenal with assisting during this process. Even though we failed to get the coverage I paid for we decided we would just pay for it ourselves. We had significant damage post tornado to the exterior of our home. We were approached during debris removal by a representative from Greater American. After discussion of the damage and repairs needed, we chose to contract with this company. Our roof was completed in November of 2024. So far, we are pleased with the work. However, we were not pleased at all with the customer service we received from the company.
