We chose Greater American to re-roof our house based partly on their rapid response, and what they did, when we developed a leak around our chimney last year. This year, they removed two layers of roofing (the top layer, which we had done in the 1980's, had more nails than anyone expected), re-flashed including adding significant new flashing, repaired and replaced fascia, and installed new gutters after we had the house painted. After getting multiple bids from different siding companies, Greater American came in middle of the road for cost. Curtis, Dyanne and their team went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and accommodated the few hiccups we had. Any issues that arose were all taken care of quickly and efficiently with no worries or problems. Brandon the installer was a hard worker and has an amazing eye for detail.
