Facility is nice. However handicap accessibility is a challenge. While there are handicap spots, many are taken quickly which makes it difficult for those with a wheelchair. There are two main elevators that quickly get swamped from the pool, Magiquest game and transport to main dining area (floor 2). The elevators in the hotel area also get swamped quickly at check out (around 9am). So plan accordingly for leaving or moving around. Also, floor 4 has no stairs access in main hall.
Fun place to take the kids. Prepare to be active!
