I wanted to take a moment to commend both Mandy and Alisa, who work in the Northern Lights Arcade. They both went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service during our visit. My son experienced a couple of issues with some of the games throughout the weekend, and both Mandy and Alisa made sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Fun vacation for a younger crowd. Went with teens, and they were a bit over the age for most things. The place was extremely crowded, we did go on a Sunday and holiday weekend, so that was to be expected. When you go to an indoor or heated pool, the water is usually cool, this water was warm to hot, the humidity inside the water park area fogged my glasses the min I walked in.
