Overall we had a great experience! We had a few technical difficulties with our room bracelets and tap to pay bracelets. We also didn’t have full disclosure on certain fees but overall friendly staff, clean rooms and good atmosphere. A little pricey for the size of the water park and wish more activities were included in our bundle. Big shout out to MICHELLE, the food manager in the water park. Me and my family were really looking forward to going to great Wolf Lodge. Until we called to book a room and the agent booked us in the wrong Location. She attempted to cancel the trip and refund us but, soon after she realized that The money had not hit my acccount 10 minutes later while on the phone, the phone call supposedly just disconnected. I then called back and got connected with another agent that told me it was going to take 7 to 10 business days for the refund after we had already paid $500 for our room . I then ... read more

My stay at Great Wolf Lodge didn’t feel worth the price. The wolf themed room was smaller than expected and nothing particularly special for what you pay. The biggest issue was the noise guests above us were extremely loud, and even after calling the front desk multiple times, it wasn’t resolved. With three kids, it made it very hard for everyone to get a good night’s sleep, even during “hibernation hours.” The water park is fun at first, but it becomes repetitive after a while.
