My family goes every year and it's been great but this time. We go to check in it takes over a hour to check in my son try to turn TV on in his room we got one of the character rooms and TV doesn't work we go to call service desk and the phone jack is broke from the wall so can't call have to walk down there. They came fixed TV said we will fix phone the next day well the day is passed and no one ever came to fix it nor did staff notify us of no one showing up i don't think the workers check things in the room cause you can ... read more

I was impressed by Great Wolf Lodge. We decided on a whim to go for my son’s birthday, just a Sunday into Monday. I felt like there was so much to do at the waterpark, dry events during the day and evening. They offer some food on site which is great after a long day of playing in the water. I have to mention the wonderful staff. They were all so kind, the lifeguards, the attendants, the manager, even the maintenance guy we met in the elevator. no point in staying here when kalahari is right next door. came back last minute for a swim not remembering the last time we were here. they have one super small indoor play area and one very small outdoor pool that’s only about 3 feet deep. definitely would not classify this as a “resort”. not worth it
