STAY AWAY!! BED BUG CENTRAL. We will be requesting a refund. Blankets had holes, carpets were torn, beds were just springs, we woke up covered in bites and left.

Kids had a blast. The characters and staff were so friendly. Waterpark was enjoyable but a tad colder than expected. My toddler had to get out to warm up from shivering multiple times. The bed was a bit harder than I have experienced at other hotels. Thee sofa bed was extremely lumpy/uncomfortable and loud every time you moved. My kids loved the bunk beds. Food was nothing to write home about - very overpriced for the quality you got but it was nice to never need to leave the building the whole vacation!

We have stayed here a few times now. The location is excellent, and the amenities make it a fun place to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. However, the rooms and waterpark are starting to show their age a bit, it is very busy in the summer and this last time we stayed they charged $20 a night for parking on top of the room charge. For families with small children, I recommend it. If you are just in Bloomington for the mall and/or other business, you may want to look elsewhere for a more restful night's sleep.
