Great Wolf Lodge is my family's go to for a fun vacation. We love it here! Water park, arcade and ropes course. Rooms are always clean.

To say that I am extremely disappointed, upset, and concerned is an understatement. I will never ever come here again and advise you not to as well, especially if you care about you and your families HEALTH. When we finally arrived, my kids were so excited. We instantly were greeted by newly installed parking gates that require you to pay a nightly fee. Absolutely ridiculous! 2 stars because how does a waterpark hotel/resort not have a single hot tub for adults/guests? We normally go to the Wisconsin Dells GWL which has hot tubs! An adult only hot tub too! We also learned this location doesn't accept the Wis Dells GWL cups/qr codes. You'd think they would since it is the same hotel, just different locations. So that was a bummer. I think next time we will drive the extra 2 hours to the Dells. 😕

Soooo many bed bugs! Me and my children had bites everywhere. We went with our friends who stayed in another room and the also claimed to have bed bugs.
