The resort itself is kept tidy and clean. The rooms do show some age but that's okay. Workers are very friendly and professional. My only gripe would be that some of the indoor water park attractions need some major attention. Specifically an area made for toddlers. Many water fixtures don't work, hoses have been cut, and composite attraction bodies have been broken. This should require attention immediately.

Emily was extremely helpful and polite while she was helping us with check in. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. It was a great first impression when walking in the door. Our room was ready early, rooms were clean and well stocked. Many restaurants and shopping areas within a 1-10 minute drive

We paid for our reservation several days in advance and traveled over two hours—along with family and friends—to celebrate birthdays and Mother's Day. We went through the check-in process, only to have our reservation cancelled at the very last minute due to issues with the room we had booked. What a terrible experience! And the alternative options they offered us were nothing compared to what we had originally reserved. A truly awful experience; we will not be returning to this place!
