We brought our family with kids the the lodge in Webster, TX in December of 2024. My wife woke up with multiple bites on her body that look like text book BED BUG bites. The following night we noticed more bites and reported it, showing pictures. My wife never left to property during our stay and it was clear that they happened in our room. They moved our rooms and sent a crew in to clean. This experience very much so changed the experience on the trip.
