I called them to replace a fan motor on our air conditioning unit. Specifically mentioned needed new fan motor.They came.They charged me for a service call 200$, told me the fan motor was broken. Tried for weeks to get an estimate.Then they told me they were going to charge me another service call for estimate. Never got it, called a reputable company fixed in one day. Terrible service even worse customer support scammers!

I have had three different HVAC providers do service work for me in the last year. Great white stood out as the ONLY one that didn't approach my problems with a shotgun methodology. They were precise and diagnosed the issues properly. They went as far as to see if they could warranty my parts which saved me over 1k. The entire team was exceptional Steve, Joel, Susan, Mike and Eddie.
