Very Professional and polite
Great experience with Great White Mechanical. They recently replaced our central AC system and were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. The installation went smoothly, the new system is working great, and they were quick to come back out when I had a follow-up question about the zoning. I also appreciated that they participate in the PSE&G financing program. Highly recommend.
George is a first class technician! His expert diagnostic skills quickly isolated the source of my AC compressor not working. One by one, he ruled out the various components and then identified the culprit. 30 minutes later cold air was flowing again. My overall interaction with Great White has been excellent. From the initial phone call to the billing. It was a very efficient and positive experience thanks to George and the Great White team!
Great service, fast response time and professional techs. I would recommend their service to anyone.
