They sought out business by canvasing my neighborhood and coming to my home. We ended up signing up for house painting, and they did a horrible job and took 3 times as long as originally stated. Did a horrible job of clean-up and missed a few doors. A year and a half later, they still have not fulfilled their contractual obligations. They don't answer calls or emails - so unprofessional. I highly advise against using this company.

After a great number of problems with Great Western Remodeling installing a new roof, the real complaint is with their insistence that we sign up with the HERO program. They never told us that this program is a rip off!! After 5 1/2 of paying monthly I found out that we owe more money for the loan than the cost of the actual roof replacement. They did our roofing and did a horrible job! The owner came out to see the mess the workers had done and she said that she couldn’t take care of the repairs as the workers were no longer working for her. Worst customer service, don’t use this company they are very unprofessional.
