Don’t ever rent from them they will Rip you off when you specially Jimmy and Jennifer they’ll talk nice to you when you get the trailer from the beginning when you return they will show you real face. I took the trailer to the shop before I return it did everything Tires brakes wood I spend 3,000$ to avoid charging from them but they still charging $6000.this trailer is 2016 Plz don’t go there they are very bad
Terrible experience with Great Western Leasing. I was hit with huge, unexpected charges that were never clearly explained upfront. Dealing with Jennifer, Jimmy, and Maria was frustrating—poor communication, vague answers, and no accountability when I questioned the bill. Lack of transparency and professionalism. I do not recommend this company.
it is very very much appreciated to get a response during the weekend. 5-star review from me for this reason alone. We are a very busy trucking company and during the week we devote all of efforts to daily operations so being able to communicate with you guys over the weekend is exceptional customer service whether we are able to get the trailers we need or not.
They gave me a trailer for rent with poor-quality tires. One by one, the tires started blowing out every 300 miles. I had to replace two tires on the road and got stuck in California for three days. Then on Monday, they told me that the tires I changed had to be replaced again. They take no responsibility at all. I strongly recommend not renting trailers from these people.
Have been working with this company for our small trucking fleet for about two years. Excellent service, communication and friendliness- we love working with Nathan B in service he’s been nothing short of amazing!
