Great company, great people and great product. From start to finish it was a good experience. Communication was fast, they are extremely responsive both with email and on the phone. Their recommendation on a contractor/subcontractor was awesome. Having that expertise on the ground made all the difference. We had a few after the build requests which were managed wonderfully. I had a very last minute emergency where I needed some custom metal for a roof that we were doing. Richard and in the office is super helpful and accommodating, and was able to get me the flashings that I needed in a very time. Efficient and professional manner will definitely be coming back to them with any of my metalorders

We are pleased with the quality of the building. We had good communication and GW employees returned our calls and emails. Overall it is an excellent product. Our only advice is to be patient with production timeline. We were 13 months from ordering and paying $$$ down to actual delivery. Hopefully this will improve with the opening of their facility just up and running in Grand Junction, CO. Remember, you are buying the building only.
