Dr. Carroll has left the practice and now the staff are completely unresponsive. I have left multiple messages in the last week and a half and have yet to receive a call back.. guess I am driving down there tomorrow since they do not answer the phones anymore or return calls from voicemail.
Dr Catroll is great and took care of my needs promptly. I never had any issue with their front desk staff. I did receive a mailing today to notify me he is closing down his office on March 31, 2022 because their are relocating to another state.

Doctor Carrera is awesome, very detailed. The front desk people with the exception of Jessica are useless and rude. Referrals where sent to the wrong doctors office. I've explained this to these ladies. They don't care. I called every day to get this problem sorted out because I needed to see a specialist. Needless to say they don’t care and never made an effort to fix the problem. Every time I called they hung up on me or put me on an extended hold that would send me to a messaging service. Do not do business here, your health is TOO IMPORTANT. I was assigned here by the VA throughthe Community Care program, a program that this office signed up for to treat Vets and get money from the Gov for it, and I haven't been able to make an initial appointment in over a month. I call everyday during the week, at least twice, and during different regular business hours only to get the same message to leave a message. No 'press 1 for this dept, press 2 fo ....etc' you go straight to 'Leave a message.' No one will ever retu... read more
