I started a truckers policy in September 2024. I was impressed with the price, and the service seemed great. As any one who has been in this business, it's brutal. I started off with a few costly breakdowns so by the third payment due date money was a bit tighter it was just a day or two prior to due date before the money hit the bank account. This place has THE WORST customer service. A drunk semi truck driver TOTALLED my vehicle and I had to walk to work and back for weeks due to them refusing to supply a rental vehicle and not having money due to my vehicle being totalled. Dealing with any form of insurance problems with this company and group could not possibly be worse. I can only imagine how bad it must be for customers at fault who attempt to get the insurance promised by their contract and by law.

Be very wary if you are ever unfortunately involved with this company. I was struck by one of their insured truck drivers while I was completely stopped, who wasn’t even aware they hit me. They(adjuster Nick Watilo) ignored my repeated calls for weeks before finally responding, and with barely any inquiry denied all responsibility. This is a sham insurance company, denying & evading to avoid liability. Be prepared should you ever have to deal with them.
