Worst insurance company on the planet cannot get a hold of anybody after someone hit my truck. It’s been over two months.

I started a truckers policy in September 2024. I was impressed with the price, and the service seemed great. As any one who has been in this business, it's brutal. I started off with a few costly breakdowns so by the third payment due date money was a bit tighter it was just a day or two prior to due date before the money hit the bank account. This place has THE WORST customer service. A drunk semi truck driver TOTALLED my vehicle and I had to walk to work and back for weeks due to them refusing to supply a rental vehicle and not having money due to my vehicle being totalled. Dealing with any form of insurance problems with this company and group could not possibly be worse. I can only imagine how bad it must be for customers at fault who attempt to get the insurance promised by their contract and by law.
