I have rented from them for 8 years now in this building they've not owned it for eight I have not had any issues there's been a few problems with noise but can't determine if it's coming from our tenants or the neighbors. I really enjoy my apartment I started out in apartment 10 was a lower apartment and then I moved up into apartment 6, so now I have a deck that I can sit on and enjoy the outside I would give them all the stars that I can because I like my apartment
I've been renting from this company for 3 years now and have had no issues rent is extremely affordable and my apartment is nice
