Used to be my most favorite place to eat chinese food. I don't know what has happened but it has really gone down hill. Service is still good, but I know someone that when their food came there was a dead roach in the rice.
Food is okay, I went to this place using Groupon and I was shocked that they charging 18% tips for service because of it. I used to travel and most of the time tips are 10% and sometimes it’s up to you how much you willing to leave. Here they just added it to your check. And it’s not some fancy place where waiter staying with you all time, so for me it was odd. Will not come back.
This use to be my favorite place to get Chinese. However, it’s just not as good as it use to be. The last couple of times I’ve been there, I was not impressed. Doubt I’ll be back �
Been going here since they opened (1982) . The food and service are fantastic, and if you get Tammy as your waitress you are very fortunate. She's the best.
Best Chinese in Charlotte . 25 years a satisfied customer .
Service today sucked...the waiter was less than personable! The place was dead there were only 2 tables for a total of 4 people!
