I'd give a fucking 0 if I could. I waited an hour and half for my ordet, call to cancel. They tell me to never call again cuz I didn't want to wait longer. 10 mins later the fucking driver STILL shows up with my food, with the wrong order. Fuck them. Never again! 30$ for some bs
It took over 2 hours for them to deliver my order. We called twice for updates and was told both times that it was on its way. Fyi, Eat Street will instantly refund your money if you send them a message about your experience. I used to love ordering from here, but you have lost my business.
I just called SEVEN times!! The first 4, no one answered after letting it ring 15 times. The next 2 times it was busy (I'm assuming the phone was taken off the hook). The last time I called I was hung up on!! I'm guessing you don't want business.
If I could rate it zero stars I would. I called 2 hours after my delivery time and found out they had canceled my order due to the driver's car breaking down and didn't bother to notify me. Don't order from the Gull Road location.
Absolutely delicious!! Great service. I highly recommend eating in.
