Bad bad bad! I ordered my favorite comfort food lemon chicken. What I got was “sliced up store bought chicken patties!!” 🤣😂 How embarrassing for a reputable restaurant in Rapid City, South Dakota!!
RecommendedOrdered curbside from Great Wall this past weekend. Called in and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes to an hour. Was ready before that! Their curbside pickup set up is very efficient and they've taken precautions for how the food is given to you. I was really impressed. And the food was hot and AMAZING
They can take several hours to get food to you even if you order in advance! they also wont discount food or give refunds when they delivery cold food!
I don't mind the wait, given the situation. My husband had to ask for the soup because it was missing. He was rudely asked to see his receipt. When he got home, the chicken was wayyyyy overcooked, burnt in some spots, and crispy dry. It was disgusting. When he called and explained, he was asked if he could eat it the way it was, then was asked to wait an hour and a half for more!!! Ridiculous! We ordered at 5:30 PM and it's now after 7. Good food at decent prices
Food very good but the young ladies up front are rude and generally confused. I usually get take out, like the food, but the rudeness has just been too much, tonight was my last time going there.
Ordered tonight. General Taos Chicken and Sesame Chicken was way overcooked.
