These guys are crooks. They don’t honor advertised offers. They don’t return calls. Don’t go here! If you do, tell them I sent you and ask for a referral bonus! You won’t get it!!

This facility and Memphis has had over 30 break ins. No security, no surveillance, the customers were not notified, and no police report was filed. It is the policy of Great Value to protect the brand, but not the renter. Stay away from these folks. They're sorry! I wonder of anyone ever did a background check on Jennifer Howell in Memphis. Yes? No? Well we did! And the criminal background check came back positive.
Affordable and safe at Great Value? I don't think so. The Great Value brand is the SLUMLORD of the self-storage industry. Surveillance is a JOKE. SECURITY is NON-EXISTENT. The emphasis in on rate increases. 24 hour access means that every burglar in town has access to come and shop at their leisure. THIRTY TWO burglarized units in Memphis. 22 in April, then 5 more LESS than 60 days later, and then 5 more less than a week after that. The staff at this facility is amazing! Very courteous, accomodating, available and attentive; which says a lot when it comes to customer service these days!! If you're looking for a customer friendly, affordable and safe place to store your items, this is it!! #GreatValueGreatPeople!
