We had a storage unit here for over years and unbeknownst to us, our unit flooded. A lot of our stuff was damaged because of it and our claim was denied because the insurance company doesn't cover floods! So we paid for insurance for NOTHING. All that money wasted, and we had new items in there that we had to throw out. Storage unit flooded, GVS never contacted me to inform me for over a month, happen to go there to put more items in storage which is how I found out. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They are negligent property rental company. I cannot stress this enough!!!
