Jeremy and Scott were both great, and set us up with the perfect storage solution. We really appreciate the friendliness and professional service we received.
They're still trying to charge me after moving out! I did everything I was supposed to do and they're still charging me! Units leaked when raining, I could see water flowing into multiple indoor units. The door to indoor units broke and I was locked inside! Luckily staff was doing the rounds and heard me pounding but still overall a bad experience.
Jeremy and Scott are AMAZING! Customer service is on point and they do it with a smile and even share in laughs. Extremely helpful and a joy to do business with. This location is my favorite
