Very impressed! The office staff is very warm and attentive. I appreciate the customer appreciation events, as they have them frequently and they are a lot of fun. I also enjoy receiving an email confirmation, when my payment has been received. Meagin is very thorough and I appreciate the large expanse of available hours, to get into the security gate.
Rented an outside unit for three months. I removed my items one month early and they will be refunding me back the month not used. The price was very reasonable compared to other units.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would use there facility again if needed. only negative part was having to get out of the truck to enter the numbers for the gate getting in and out. there are no drive up pads for the gate.
