I am so pleased Great Valley Cardiology came to Waymart, PA! Dr. Dwanczik is my cardiologist. He is extremely thorough, and the staff is courteous and efficient. I actually look forward to my appointments.
If there was a negative star this place would definitely get it. Don't waste your time calling or going here.slow office staff,rude staff fogetfull. Your primary care dr sends them a referral week ago ,no response no call .then you call them to see if they received it all hell breaks loose we are buzzy your not the only patient we have the "lady" doing appointments should be terminated for being rude ,nasty
Staff is callous, unfriendly, and quite frankly they’re rude and disrespectful. Do not go here
After undergoing a test at Great Valley I requested to have my Great Valley medical records transferred to another provider. The clerk huffed and puffed and said this would be a lot of work. She suggested I get the GV records from my primary care physician. These are the records of my treatment at Great Valley with a Great Valley cardiologist. I am sorry if my requested would require some work and might be an inconveniece. These are my records! I require an additional consult. This callous behavior is unforgivable.
