Had to purchase a second vac since my first one had a motor crap out .Since it takes two week turn around .After spending over 100.00 to send back and forth to fix .After they said they installed a new motor it lasted 30 minutes .The tech Chris claims he installed a new motor and ran it for 30 minutes as per receipt .Now it will cost me another 100 for shipping .Just throw it out and purchase a new one from amazon at least they warranty vac for more than 30 minutes .When it works it is the best.So much for your warranty work... read more

This company is filled with scam artists. They exchanged an ozone machine I bought from them that only needed a new timer switch with a broken down used one as part of their “warranty”. They essentially took a working machine that needed one minor repair and gave me a broken machine instead. Why would they do this? The only explanation is that they wanted to keep my working machine and pawn off their junk.
